硫黄 原是火中精，朴硝一见便相争。 水银 莫与砒霜见，狼毒最怕密陀僧。 巴豆性烈最为上，偏与牵牛不顺情。 丁香莫与郁金见， 牙硝 难合 京三棱 。 川乌草乌不顺犀，人参最怕五灵脂。 官桂 善能调冷气，若逢石脂便相欺。 大凡 修合 看顺逆，炮爁炙煿莫相依。 壹. 解表劑 一.辛溫解表：桂枝湯 — 風寒表虛證,有汗或自汗，脈浮緩或浮弱。 二.辛涼解表： 1.銀翹散 — 風熱較重證: 偏熱象，邪在皮毛肺衛, 清熱解表力強 2.桑菊飲 — 風熱較輕證: 偏風象，咳嗽症狀明顯，肅肺止咳力強 3.柴葛解肌湯 — 外感風寒，鬱而化熱停滯於體內。 三.扶正解表：人參敗毒散 — 外感風寒濕邪而又兼有體虛；外感病人而又有濕疹可用本方 方劑名稱 藥物組成 功效與主治 症狀與舌象、脈象 禁忌 桂枝湯 桂枝汤治太阳风，芍药甘草姜枣同; 解肌发表调营卫，表虚自汗此为功。 助记：大芍炒姜汁 桂枝 9 白芍 9 生薑 9 炙甘草 6 大棗12枚 解肌發表,調和營衛。 外感風寒表虛證 (太陽中風證) 頭痛,惡寒發熱,汗出惡風,鼻充血,頭部僵硬,幹嘔,口不渴,舌苔薄白, 脈浮緩或浮弱。 如惡寒發熱而汗出不解,或病後復原、產後營衛不和都可以使用 如果外寒內熱,發熱口渴,喉嚨痛,脈數;或在夏季、熱季時須慎用。否則可能會發熱、流鼻血 如果過量服用會造成過汗、高熱、口渴甚、煩躁等副作用，須使用白虎東加人參以和之、救之。 * 方中的桂枝與白芍的作用為:解表,強營氣,壯衛氣(調和營衛) * 腹脹時,白芍應加倍:胸悶,脈不規則者去白芍不用; 咳嗽氣喘嚴重時加上厚樸、杏仁; 打噴嚏、鼻黏膜充血加上防風、辛夷花; 頭脹嚴重加上菊花、蟬蛻; 汗出嚴重時要增加白芍，將桂枝、生薑、炙甘草減量1/3,再加上黃芪、防風;頭痛嚴重時將白芍換成赤芍,再加上蒿本；嘔吐嚴重生薑、白芍加量，再加上陳皮、厚樸；肢體關節疼痛加上羌活、防風;如果頸項僵硬則加上葛根。 * 針灸處方：風門、風府、風池、合穀、列缺、肺俞、足三裡、太淵 桑菊飲 桑菊饮中桔梗翘，杏仁甘草薄荷饶； 芦根为引轻清剂，风温咳嗽服之消。 助记：荷花根，巧接杏桑果。 桑葉7.5 菊花 3 連翹 4.5 桔梗 6 薄荷 2.4 杏仁 6 甘草 2.4 蘆根 6 疏風清熱,宣肺止咳。 衛分證:風溫初起 但咳(咳嗽嚴重):身熱不甚，口微渴，舌正常，脈浮數。 外感風熱引起的眼疾；或外燥引...
